Arctic Adventure Week Tour

 

Huskies, snowscooters and snow-shoe hiking all in one tour.

Let Alba take complete care of you for 7 fun filled days. You will be transferred from airport to hotel which will be your “basecamp” from which you will have two overnight husky safari’s, two full day snowscooter safaris (visit a reindeer farm or the Russian border!) and a morning free to snowshoe hike, cross country ski or visit Kuusamo/Ruka.

 

During your stay you can experience traditional Finnish "smoke" sauna, dip yourself into the cold lake water through a hole cut in the thick ice or just roll in the fresh snow before running back to the warmth of the sauna.

Meals are provided by natures bounty: fresh salmon, elk, reindeer, arctic char and even bear are all on the menu along with delicious wild mushrooms and succulent berries all harvested from the summer forest

 

This package can be altered to suit your wishes, for example;

6 days long husky expedition, no snowscooter safari

2 days with dogs, more snowscooters or skiing/snowshoe days

Maybe people in your party wish to do more of one thing and less of the other. That is no problem!
